I just pulled myself away from the Weather Channel to find that roncli.com, modplug.com, osmusic.net, and all the other sites I run are down. I did a traceroute, however, to find that the problem is simply the internet connection at the complex is not working right, the router's sending me to random routers throughout the complex. That usually means that they just need to reboot it, but I doubt anyone's going to be there to do it. Assume these sites are down until at least Monday. Landfall is looking like Louisiana as a cat 3 with 120 MPH winds. Houston will get a glancing blow no worse than what we took with Allison or Fae. Chances are, I will be leaving here Sunday early morning for the long haul back. Using side roads, of course! There's plenty of gas here in Lubbock, there was plenty in Albeline, there was plenty in Ft. Worth, and there was plenty in Centerville right on I-45. I'm not terribly worried at this point.
